Innovestor Bridge is an online platform that facilitates connections between innovators, entrepreneurs, startups, investors, mentors, and related stakeholders.

The Platform acts solely as an intermediary and does not participate in investment decisions, negotiations, or transactions.

Users must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate registration information.
• Have legal authority to enter into agreements.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Users are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting login credentials, updating profile information, and reporting unauthorized access.

Innovestor Bridge may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

All ideas, business plans, inventions, trademarks, copyrights, patents, and proprietary information submitted by users remain the property of their respective owners.

Innovestor Bridge does not claim ownership of user-submitted intellectual property.

Users are encouraged to execute Non-Disclosure Agreements before sharing sensitive information.

Innovestor Bridge cannot guarantee that all users will maintain confidentiality unless separately agreed upon through legally binding contracts.

Innovestor Bridge does not guarantee investment opportunities, funding success, or the commercial viability of projects, and does not recommend specific investments.

All investment decisions are made solely at the user's own risk.

Users shall not:

• Submit fraudulent information.
• Misrepresent identities.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Upload malicious software.
• Harass other users.
• Engage in illegal financial activities.
• Circumvent platform fees.

Innovestor Bridge may request CNIC verification, business registration documents, investor verification documents, or source-of-funds declarations.

Failure to provide requested information may result in account restrictions.

The Platform may charge success fees, subscription fees, legal service fees, or premium feature fees.

Applicable fees will be disclosed before purchase.

Innovestor Bridge shall not be liable for failed investments, financial losses, business failures, intellectual property disputes between users, third-party misconduct, or data loss beyond reasonable control.

Maximum liability shall not exceed fees paid by the user during the preceding 12 months.

Innovestor Bridge may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms.

Users may terminate their accounts at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.

Innovestor Bridge reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
